(‘HVO Search”, ‘us’, “we’, or “our”) an executive search and recruitment services provider is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. We have carried out and will review as appropriate a Data Audit.

By providing this information to us you are consenting to your Personal Information being collected and stored. We will acknowledge receipt and ask for you to re-confirm that your wish to be on our database for the purpose of a recruitment search or personal career search.
3. HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use the Personal Information we obtain about you to:

We engage with our clients to share your personal information should you wish to pursue an opportunity. We always obtain your permission over email to allow us to send them your details (for example a formatted version of your CV).
We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including hosting and maintenance, error monitoring, debugging, performance monitoring, billing, customer relationship, database storage and management, and direct marketing campaigns. We may share your Personal Information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services. HVO Search cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We also take measures to delete your Personal Information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required by law to keep this information for a longer period. When determining the retention period, we take into account various criteria, such as the type of products and services requested by or provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with our products or services, the impact on the services we provide to you if we delete some information from or about you, mandatory retention periods provided by law and the statute of limitations.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive any marketing communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications. Please be aware that, even after you opt out from receiving commercial messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding the Service.

8. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR
It is usual to retain information for at least 12 months or for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. If there has not been contact within 24 months HVO Search will request an update. The nature of recruitment is such that it is common to keep up to date and in contact over a number of years and for the candidate throughout a career. With your explicit consent we can update and retain your personal details until you wish to delete your records from our database. Otherwise your data will be deleted.
9. FOR NON-UK RESIDENTS
By using our Services or providing your Personal Information to us, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by us or on our behalf. You still have the right to ask us not to process your data in certain ways, and if you do so, we will respect your wishes.
10. DATA TRANSFERS
Sometimes we will need to transfer your Personal Information between countries to enable us to provide the recruitment services requested. In the ordinary course of business, we may transfer your personal data from your country of residence to ourselves and to third parties located in the UK.

HVO Search uses a Content Management System called Statamic. This installs the slim_session cookie, which maintains user information pertaining to the visit to allow more efficient authentication and error messages. The slim_session cookie is a persistent cookie which expires after 24 hours.

Urban Classic use Google Analytics to monitor traffic levels, search queries and visits to this website. Google Analytics stores IP address (anonymously) on its servers in the United States, and neither HVO Search or Google associate your IP address with any personally identifiable information.
A mixture of both persistent and session cookies are used to enable Google to determine whether you are a return visitor to this site and to track the pages that you visit during your session.
